I called an apartment today and they said the rent is 695 for one bedroom with all utilities inc except for electricity. They said another option is working with my income to make it a less amount for rent. Is that available to everyone?? I am a college student and I work part time making 17 dollars an hour.

Also what does electricity include?

in that housing it is probably available to everyone. take advantage of it while you are in school if it gives you lower rent. electricity includes all the obvious things, and could include the stove and heat.

Electricity is what have pluged in. Ask if your heat is electric. Some places are. Your cooking might be too. Your air conditioning will be for sure. You can try to go by your income. It might be a lower amount. That would be a good thing for you if you like the apartment and its location.
