I've heard that there is a site where u can do a bit of stargazing from some observatory, but unfortunately I can't find it. Thanks in advance

There's one in Boston. You have to request a time to use their automated telescope: http://www.handsonuniverse.org/

Here's one with a live feed but you can't control what you or they are looking at:

Go to space.com and click the tab that says nightsky.
