Yes, but it depends a lot on where in the US.

In NY City it would be so so because it is very expensive to live there. Here in Texas it would be pretty good.

There are calculators online to get a good feel for the relative amount compared to where you are. Just search for salary calculator and you should be able to find one that includes something you can relate to.

Depends on the region. Midwest (Kansas City, St. Louis, Dallas) sure, it will do alright. You should be able to afford a nice home and such.

If it is the coasts, either East or West, then you could probably afford a nice mobile home or a small apartment.
