YES YES AND YES. If it's enough soap it could give you some really nasty stomach trouble.

Yes, it could. But I don't think that is the cause of the foaming. If it was, you would have tasted it and you didn't day anything about the taste. More likely, there was excess water on the coating, or loose flour in the coating. Make sure that you knock off all the excess flour before putting in the oil. After you coat the steak, let it dry out and rest before putting in oil.

Yep especially if there is oil added in the pan. Its like when you add water to soap, it foams. Adding Oil to soap does the same thing but more prominately. Oil bubbles naturally from the heat of the stove and with soap left behind it causes the foam.

Don't worry! It's not soap, it's the pasta! This happens in the same way that milk boils over - the protein in the water traps hot air in bubbles which then expand - it's quite normal. To stop it happening leave the lid off the pot, pour a little olive oil into the water (yes, oil does calm troubled waters! - though pasta buffs will tell you this is not good for the pasta) or if you watch the pasta and it's nearly boiling over, just blow hard on it and it will subside (but maybe not so hygienic). Hope this helps.

Always rinse pots and pans with hot water thoroughly being drying them. Also, reduce the amount of soap you use to clean them.

yes, but fortunately, since it was not enough for you to see when you started cooking, it wont be enough to do you any harm.
I wouldn't worry about it at all.
(your insides are just a bit cleaner now!!!)

Yeah definitely. It's gross if it gets in your food. I have had that happen, throw out those leftovers. UGH!

Was it an iron skillet? If so, you so not use soap to wash it.
