No, I would say it is morally wrong to take money from dumb suckers. That would be like taking candy from a baby.

I saw a sucker loose 100s of dollars once in a Carnival. He was so greedy he actually went to the bank to get more money to donate to the carny.
The smarter carny was excellent at extracting money out of his greedy mark.
Yes, he deserved to keep it, in that case.
