It's not how much you weigh, its how you should look. Your stomach should be as big around as your head.

2 pounds, LOL!. Only high end/runway fashion cares about weight and height. Casual brands like American Eagle don't care how much you weigh, just looking good matters; most of their fashion spreads are on magazines. Just look good, that's all. At 5ft 3inches, it's not very likely that you could get a runway modelling job; the cut-off height is 5ft 9".

Whatever weight you (individually) look the healthiest at. As long as you are in shape and appear healthy, you should be ok. AE and AF don't mostly go lean towards weight, they mostly go for beauty.

110 or 115. my friend did that before she became big and that is how much she weighs now, still

At 5'3" you shouldn't be more than 100 lbs. Not only for modeling, but just in general.
