Ok this problem is really easy and i did it but i want to make sure i did it right,so here it is:
(4n ^-2)^-3

note:the carrot sign stands for powers so the first one is -2 squared and the second one is -3 cubed.

Okay, first when powers are next to each other by using parentheses (like your problem)
(4n^-2)^-3 then the powers can be mulitplied times each other. You have to remember though that the -3 is distributed to everything inside the parentheses, but the -2 is only distributed to the n, so your final expression should be (4^-3)(n^6) = (1/64)n^6

1
------ * n^6
64

You need to make sure about those parentheses though. If the entire 4n was in parentheses before they were squared then it would be (4n)^6 or 4096n^6
