are you kidding!!!! 99% of people who get shot are not walking to church when suddenly a drive by occurs and they catch a stray bullet- most people are really bad people involved in criminal activity of some sort- that's the reason why trauma centers are in large urban areas of the country, Philadelphia, NYC, Detroit, LA, Miami, etc- not in suburbia- people don't shoot each other in Orlando Florida or Binghamton NY!!!!
