I mean compared to other times i get full like I do at McDonalds the feeling of being full or at least satisfied lasts longer. Have you ever felt the same way? and do you know why????

I have no idea, but that is definitely true! It gives new meaning to the term "empty calories" and is probably the reason why it is hard to drive by McDonald's without stopping. haha But maybe scientifically, the food has less actual NUTRIENTS so the type of calories providing the full feeling are burned faster, leaving fat but nothing of any real nutritional substance.

mmmmmmm yes I get the same feeling too.
Eating Mickey Ds keeps me satisfied for hours.
I guess it's the amount of fat and protein that's in the food.
