If you know the show's name, chances are someone has it online. Download a copy of eMule from http://www.emule-project.net and install it. Use the search feature.
Another program that can find and download episodes of shows (among other things) is Bittorrent ( http://www.bittorrent.com ), but I think eMule has a larger source and better download techniques.

i guess ABC family but then tell us what shows because some are scattered all over cable tell me which ones and I'll tell you
