Get the 22 pack. There aren't any more than 30 minutes. You're not supposed to sit your kid in front of the tv all day.

Definitely start with Baby Mozart. Then Baby Van Gogh and Baby DaVinci are popular ones. If your baby loves those then I would highly recommend getting the whole 22 pack (I cheated and got the Asian version on ebay, half the cost and the only difference was there were some asian letters on the box). Most all of the DVDs now have a continuous play option so it will stay on for as long as you want it. Hope this helps!!

The Baby Einstein videos are great. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 13 month old, and we have been watching them since my youngest was born. They both love them. Actually mine are copies, but I have the set and they are great. The set is good for now and later. There are ones in there that are just set to music, the babies LOVE the music, and there are others (for the older kids) that have the narration. Either way you go, I think you will be satisfied.

The Baby Einstein videos are great. I would suggest you buy the value pack. I bought a large set on Ebay fairly cheap. My little one loves them.
I wouldn't let them watch them all day though. They need to move around and play.

I bought a set of 20 Baby Einstein DVDs on eBay that were made for the Asian market (i.e. Korean, Chinese). There is also English on all of them, and my son absolutely loves them. I paid a little over $60 for all of them (including shipping), and it was really worth it. They are so educational and he has learned so much from them.

dont bother with a 22- pack, that is a crazy amount! i have about 10 for my son, and we have probably only seen 5 of them. repetition is good for babies anyway, so seeing the same 5 multiple times is great.
i really like the seasons one, and the language nursery. my sons very favorite is one about shapes, and he like the mozart one too. also, they all have a setting to play once, or you can put it on repeat play, and it will play over and over until you stop.
as far as other movies, my son LOVES this line of movies called "Ewe Know" ewe as in sheep. they are from a christian book store... its kind of like a veggie tales thing, but for younger kids, and its all sheep (and pesky wolves). they are really cute. the best one for my son is nothing but a compilation of a bunch of songs from the movies - others are stories with the songs included. i believe they are discontinued, but i amsure you can find them on amazon.com or ebay.
good luck!

my little brother watches them and really likes them. i would say get the music and art ones.. the whole 30 some pack is alot and showing the same ones over a few times while rotating them so they arent back to back..they'll keep your child occupied. dont spend all that money, you have enough expenses im sure

I got the 22 set because it was cheaper than buying them one at a time. My daughter LOVES them. We use them when we need to get her calmed down (ie before a nap) becuase she just relaxes and watches the screen. she is 10 months.
You can put them on "repeat play" and I assume they would play over and over, but I have never tried it.

Babies are not supposed to watch television until they are two. I think that the Baby Einstein videos are crap, and they just happen to have extremely good marketing.
Read to your baby, instead.
