wondering if the bencoolen 81 offers short stay of 2 hours. If it does, how much is it?

Yes, all Hotel 81 hotels have transit rooms, but subjected to availability. You need to walk-in though, and they do not accept phone reservations.
It's $30 every 2 hours for some of the more strategically located branches in the city area, but it's $20 for the other branches.

I will suggest you call them up directly for enquiries on how much is the transit charges for 2hrs. But normally at other Hotel 81 branches, for a 2 - 3 hrs' transit charges will be only around $20 (weekdays) and $25 (fri & weekends).
