It would be "I hope she DOESN'T feel bad. (Notice the punctuation mark) "I know she FEELS bad ALREADY because SOMEBODY WAS KILLED. (again that pesky punctuation mark)
"She WAS just GOING TOO fast."

I'm sure Brandy (notice the capitalization of her name) would appreciate her supportive fans being somewhat educated.

By the way, going too fast is ILLEGAL. She KILLED a person by going TOO FAST. She should be charged. It is a shame, but should be a lesson to all of us how fast an accident can happen and the lasting devastation a split second can cause.

Translation...

"I hope she doesn't go to jail. I know she feels badly already for somebody being killed. She was just going too fast."

She'll probably face the same ramifications that Rebecca Gayheart. She'll get probation, lose her license, pay a fine and do community service.

And being very familiar with where this accident took place, Brandy's speed was rather excessive. Anyone who has driven the 405 North thru the Sepulveda pass knows that traffic in the right hand lands stops due to the merge with the 101. For her to hit someone means she was clearly not paying attention or was being aggressive and was trying to cut over at the last minute. Seriously, this merge is known to every LA driver. To be doing 65 in the right hand lanes was just plane reckless.

I think she's a human being just like all of us, and she should go to jail. I really wouldn't wish going to jail on someone but if any of us "normal people" were in a situation like that we would of been sent straight to jail.

The accident was her fault, or from what I heard (don't quote me on that), and maybe if she goes to jail for just a little while it willl teach her a lesson that she needs to improve her driving skills.

Don't get me wrong, I know an accident can happen anytime, anyday, but soemone was killed in this accident and that's considered vehicular homicide.

She may be a superstar, she may be very sorry for it, but alot of accidents happen like this every single day and none of us are able to get rid of it and stars are always talking about they want their privacy like we have ours well then they needs to get the same consequences us regular people do.

I hope everything does work out best for her though, I'm not a mean person but I do want her to get the same treatment the rest of us would get.

Accidents kill people everyday and the law is the law I don't think they should make an exception for anyone.

A friend of mine had an involuntary manslaughter charge from a car accident about 6 years ago. She wound up losing her license for a year and had probation. Given she has no criminal record and there were no drugs or alcohol involved, she' probably looking at something similar.

Personally, I think it's BS to do this to someone for an accident. It's one thing if she was talking on a cell phone or distracted in some other way. But from the sound of it she just failed to brake fast enough.

I think b/c she is a celebrity people will make a bigger deal than what it is. Understandably, someone died as a result of the car accident, but she tested negative for drugs and alcohol and she was driving the legal speed limit, so I think they should just leave her alone. She feels badly enough without needed extra things to worry about.
She's a good person and obviously drug free unlike most celebrities and they get caught with something in their system while operating a vehicle several times.

Not much. Her lawyer will show up FOR HER at all of her hearings except the sentencing one. She will get community service and maybe they will suspend her driver's license for a few months. She might get a fine from the state...and probably only if the D.A. cant get her to sign a few autographs.
There will be a huge civil suit and the sum paid wont be disclosed.....she will release her next album and dedicate it to the family.
Then she will go on with her life

Jail time is the price to pay for speeding especially if someone gets killed. There is now a family out there that is go to miss a son, father, husband or grandfather forever. WHAT DO YOU THINK

I think she should do the time that fits the crime. If she was driving too fast, then she deserves to do jail time, just like anyone else. But if it was truly an accident, then community service would better serve her and the community.

What if the tables were turned and some middle class nobody had been driving too fast or wrecklessly and brandy got killed in the crash? Would you have the same opinion?

She is going to get sent to a real jail unlike that rich white convict Martha Stuart who was making money while she was in jail. Wat's up with that.
