In any poker game with a 5-card hand, it would be a Royal Flush. That is a run of the cards from 10-A same suit. (i.e 10h, Jh, Qh, Kh, Ah). No other hand can beat it and if by chance someone else gets a Royal Flush the same round, it is a Split Pot, suits do not out rank each other.

I agree with Briza "the winning hand"
If you have two aces in the hole (lets say a club and a spade), the flop is K of clubs, K of hearts, 4 of hearts, the turn is a 9 of hearts, the river is a 5 of hearts, and your opponent has a (hidden) 4 of clubs and a 5 of clubs and goes all in, bluffing that he has the flush. Statistically you have the best hand (two pair, A's and K's as opposed to his two pair, K's and 5's), but if you fold, believing his bluff, then his hand is the better hand, as he gets to rake in the pot.
