I'm prepping for a huge state test and the study guide said we need to major historical developments in art. I'm not sure what i'm looking for....help?

- pass to 2D to 3D painting (perspective)

- materials used to paint with (plants mixtures, oil...)

- materials used to paint on (cavern walls, wood, canvas...)

- Composition ( simetric disposal of figures or antisimetrical, etc.)

- Leonardo's technique 'sfumatto' or other techniques to make shadows.

Start looking at artist like Cezanne, Picassa, Duchamp, Warhol, Jackson Pollock.
