I just recently had a baby and the father doen't have much to do with him, it breaks my heart to think tht my baby might grow up with out knowing what its like to have a father.

The hardest problem I ever had to deal with was.... my mother deserted my father, sister and 2 brothers when I was 12. She just up and left one day, no warning. She did leave a note stating she had waited until the youngest (my twin brother and I) were old enough to take care of ourselves. That was in 1972 and we have no heard from her since. Although, she now lives about 20 minutes from me.

It was a computer programming problem, involving a program to identify deadlocked resources. It wound up using a double recursion on resources and their owners to see if a deadlock existed.
