Antawn Jamison, no contest...Posey is a solid player who could make good contributions to any team that is willing to get him off the block from the Heat, but Jamison has all-star potential as a rebounder and shooter.
Both are having sub-par seasons though.

Jamison is definitely the more dynamic of these two players, however, I've never been that impressed with his overall game. I think he's the type of player, who on a championship level team, would be no better then like the third or fourth option. I thinks he's overrated, considering the fact that he posesses "super star" potential, but has only achieved "all star" status. I would put him in the same category as guys like Lamar Odom, Richard Jefferson, Joe Johnson, Jason Richardson, etc...
You always just get the feeling he could do a little bit more to help his team.
Posey is a nice role player, and a solid defender...nothing more.

Jamison is by far the better player. Posey has had problems with his weight lately which tells me he's more worried about how many 40 ounces and lunchables he has in his fridge. Posey and Walker were both suspended recently for being over the team % body fat limit.

Kudos to Jamison...without a doubt...
Jamison is much more better and more consistant than Posey...and Posey is also a turnover prone kinda guy...
Check and compare stats...Jamison's says it all

Antwan Jamison. Posey gives a lot of fouls. The Bulls won't tollerate him!

I'd call this one a push. Offensively, it's Jamison but defensively, it's Posey.
