I am very close to my brother. He came home and he asked me to clean him self. Hes 13. I dont know what to do. what is causing it to bleed?

He is only 13 - TELL YOUR PARENTS!! This could be a simple problem, or a serious one. Your parents need to know. It is for his best interest.

He could be straining too hard or eating a low-fiber diet which puts a lot of tension in the anal area if your bile is hard. Hemorrhoids are nothing to panic about.

if you say that you are close then try to talk to him seriously. this could be a serious problem that should be addressed soon. you have to know the truth. either he is being molested or could also be a medical problem. as i have said try to get to the root of it and do the necessary action. your parents shoud know too.

Uhhh, he needs to go to the doctor. Either there has been some trauma to his rear end, he has hemmoroids or worse. Try and talk to him about it. Ask him gently if anything has happened to him. Strongly urge him to go to the doctor. Offer to accompany him.

are we talking about ounces or just pints? he could just be wiping too hard, or not wiping right, and i would see a doctor if it really worries, you but at the same time, DONT LISTEN to some of the people on here, cuz the OVEREXAGGERATE, symptoms, and throw up the worse case scenario almost all the time. so just go to a doctor if you get too worried. but i bet its nothing.

Unless he's gay, been shoving things up his anus, or ate a bone and it's cutting his anal wall. There is a very good chance he has cancer. That's a HUGE sign for cancer. (Leukemia, lymphatic cancer, etc.) Get him to a doctor A.S.A.P!

Could be polyps or he's into anal sex and is getting too much of it ! !
