Is there even such a thing as a pediatric radiologist? Most hospitals only have one radiology center dealing with the whole hospital and not just the PEDS unit. I've never heard of an outpatient radiology center that was just for pediatrics.

Well if there is such a thing lol, I would think you would just have to become a radiologist and perhaps take some pediatric courses.

A ped.radiologist would work primarily at a 'HIGH RISK " hospital where they treatthe sick of the sick like at a med school or specitaly peds hosp. (Children's Memorial in Chicago for example) total education time college 4yrs, med school, 4 years, 1 year internsip, 2-3 year residency, 2-3 yer fellowship ( fellowship is when you superspecialize in a specificarea)
