No one knows hte answer to that question- but we speculate that intelligence is a trait which not only has huge amounts of genetic factors, but numerous environmental factors too. If there is a genetic basis for intelligence, the number of alleles would have to be considerable to account for it.

No one knows the answer to that question. Intelligence as a polygenic trait relies on a great many genetic factors as well as environmental influences.
