More times than I care to remember. I eventually had a spare in my purse and gave another spare to family who could run it down to me.

Oh, My did I ever several times...One time I was at the walk track. I meant to put my keys in my pocket instead of locked them in the car. What did I do after that? Well after I went into a panic spell since I was on my lunch hour. I walked across the street used a phone in an office called my dad who had the spare key and was late for work but made it.

The other time I was at the post office my key fell out of my purse and I did not know it. I have a car the if the keys are in the ignition it will not let you lock the doors...but in this case tough luck...once again I go inside and call my dad but we ended up having to get a locksmith this time because I had a different car. ps. tried the coat hanger wouldn't work...had power windows and would've ruined my car....

Pffffft. All the time. The last time I did it was about a year and a half ago. I went up to where our house was being built in the summertime. I walked into our back yard to check out our view. We live on the side of a mountain and our view is phenominal. When I got back to the car and realized what I had done I called my husband and then went back into the backyard to wait for him. As I sat there I saw an eagle in a tree about 200 yds away from me. Then I saw some little hippity-hop thing bounce across the field. Then the eagle took off and grabbed the little hippity-hop thing, took him back by the tree and began tearing it's flesh off and eating it. It was kind of sad, but it's the circle of life. It was my own personal "National Geographics" moment. It was so cool. I've never been happier to lock my keys in my car.

I locked the keys in my car at the airport. Didn't realize that I didn't have them till I was on the other side of the country. Luckily, I got my gf to dig up my pink slip and get my vin#, then I went to a dealership near where I was, and they made me a key which worked fine when I got back to my car.

One of the times it happened to me I just happened to leave the key turned part way on and my window was down a crack since it was really hot. The car that I parked next to just happened to be a pile of you know what and had a metal hanger for an antennae and I "borrowed" it and was able to get the power window button to move the window down and retrieve my keys. I've heard that if you're really in a bind to use your dipstick if there isn't anyone or anything that can help.

What did I did? Or do. I called a locksmith ($80). Downtown Phoenix after a Diamondbacks extra inning night ball game. I have carried a spare key in my pocket ever since. Once was a good lesson.

Once visiting friends. As I closed the door, I noticed the keys and tried to stop the door. The door shut, locking my fingertips in. No-one was home, so I had to pull my fingers out. I lost two nails. Then I had to break in with bloody fingers. Feeling stupid made it hurt worse.

No, but my sister drove our car once and locked the keys up in it. It cost us $35 bucks to get them out. We had to call a locksmith. I was so mad. It didn't cost her a thing and she didn't offer to pay us for it.

Yes but there was just enough of a gap in the window to get my arm in and lift the lock.
