A pervert is a matter of opinion but you looking at them is unhealthy and her showing them is also unhealthy. It could later lead to unhealthy habits. In the bible there is a verse In Acts that states to the pure all things are pure, but to the impure nothing is pure meaning if you kindly said your "ca-chunga" is showing and thought nothing of it there would be no opinion of you as a pervert but if you whispered in her ear that you like what you see and want a closer look, someone may have the opinion to call you impure / a pervert

I don't think your a perv at all however when referring to that part of the female anatomy you should say hooters,honkers,jugs or knockers but never never call them Ca-Chungas it is just plain disgusting!

It's not pervy to look at a woman's breasts. If you put your face in them, THAT is pervy!!!
I kinda agree with you...some women dress or should I say wear very little clothing and they are putting it all out there..and it is a bit pervy!!! But that is just one woman's opinion.
