Lets face it most companies are the big money is always at the top so people strive to get there. So when people reached the stage where its either promote them or lose them companies promote them so trade secrets are not lost!! Making most compaies are lost to the top heavy system and the rest of the staff doing most of the work on pitiful money!!!
