I feel ugly when I am not being true to myself. As long as I am being honest with myself that is what matters. You have to feel good about who you are and what you think about yourself. As long as you listen to yourself and not worry about what others think then you will never feel ugly. If I lie about something that is when I feel ugly.

Now. All the time. I am 10 lbs over my normal weight. And even then, I wanted to lose about 10 lbs. But I could live with it if I didn't. Now I hate myself. I can't stand it. I want to get out of my own body.
So, I feel ugly when I'm fat.

When I don't take at least a minute to make myself look nice.
I don't really feel ugly....just not happy with how I look.

When I cried my eyes out the night before and I wake up and they're puffy and I have terrible bags and a killer headache. Not even the most concealer will hide that, just time...

When I catch sight of myself in some reflective surface and realize I'm slumping. It adds about 20 pounds visually.
