Nova Biosource, NVBF.ob, has been moving up lately. It has been working on development of 4 biodiesel refineries. This is a serious company run by former "big oil" executives. It might have moved up too much short term. But this is definitely one to watch, especially after ADM had a huge quarter. Here is the latest news on Nova:

Personally, I like Exxon-Mobil. They just announced that they made more money last year than any U.S. company in history, the second year in a row. I don't see people giving up their cars any time soon. And the P/E -- Price to Earnnings ratio -- is still quite low at 11, so it's still a good buy, surprisingly, compared to other stocks.

you purchase the form of issues you will use. take a seat and initiate making a catalogue of issues you be attentive to you will use, the failings you go with for to eat. Make a catalogue of the nutrition you're possibly to coach in an basic couple of weeks and then see what ingredients those issues use. you purchase stuff in parts you will deplete earlier it spoils, and not plenty which you wind up with bags of flour saved on your mattress room closet. while you're uncertain, purchase smaller sizes till you're useful.
