No, she didn't do it on purpose, but she should still have to face some sort of punishment for what she did.

No she shouldn't. If anything, she should pay a fine, go to driving classes and do community service. NOT because she's Brandy, but because it was an ACCIDENT. The $50 million lawsuit, however, is because she's Brandy. All of that money will not bring that lady back, nor does it change the fact that it was an accident. She's only getting this beat down because she's who she is.

No, if found guilty of vehicular negligence, or any other applicable crime, she will get sentenced accordingly, and in compliance with the guidelines; however, she has not been tried yet and/or found guilty of anything.
Celebrities do not warrant special treatment. If that's your concern.......you'll have to wait and see what really happens.

No. She is responsible for what happened. But she shouldn't get life in prison. And she won't get life in prison either. In fact she may never spend a day in jail.

i don't think she should get life...
she wasn't drunk or on drugs or anything...
she just wasn't paying attention..maybe just like
10-15 years...i definitely don't think she should pay
as much as 50mil maybe a little less like 5mil...
