Of course they're all the same. Natalie's brother died two years ago, she CAN'T GET a boyfriend, and her father disowned her for being on Yahoo too much. She's just trying to create the life she wishes she had. Let's let her be.

You are not stupid...either they are all the same person, or Natalie, her family and her boyfriend are VERY lame to not come up with better names. And WHY...are all of Natalie's aliases MEN, hhhmmm...interesting.
