What is now Italy, and it is the story of Romulus and Remus. They were raised by a she-wolf. Birds flew in a circle around Remus, and that made them think it was him to build a city and name it after himself. then the same thing happened to Romulus. Romulus killed Remus, and founded Rome in the name of Ares (Mars)

And the area in Europe is Northern Italy.
