usually actors don't really have sex in the movies. they pretend to have sex with help of camera angles. those movies with actors having real sex are call porno movies.

No. Check out the DVD of "Monster's Ball" with Billy Bob Thorton and Halley Berry. Great scene, not porno, part of the story. When asked, Bob said he wore a flesh colored patch, but it would not make a difference since they were under many lights and a staff of 30 watching many takes. It is called "acting"

Depends what they are shooting. If it is porn then yes they are going to be having sex what you are seeing is not fake, but if its in a movie or tv show then no they usually have something on covering their genitals
