6 long boring hours and The guy I was trapped with just bawled his eyes out.... oh did i mention the call button was broke

For about 1 1/2 hours. They couldn't get the elevator even with the floor. It was still about 1/3 of the elevator too high. So, we climbed out using a ladder. That was fun in that the elevator was packed and it began to stink after awhile.

So was I. Stupid thing was, it was in my dorm building and the damn elevator was already known to have failed TWICE THAT WEEK. Oh, and the emergency phone in it had been ripped out.
Lucky that my friend heard me screaming for help.
I got stuck on the 2nd floor and when I came out, I was on the 6th. I don't know how that happened. I was stuck with a half open jar of paint thinner and sucked in some pretty good fumes.
The security guards asked me if i was ok, did I experience any trauma and if i wanted medical attention. I said no but looking back, I should've. Damn fumes.

Once in Vegas for about an hour. Luckily I had just gone to the bathroom prior to getting on the elevator. Plus I had a bottle of water with me.

yes, i was in an airport parking garage, in the middle of summer (it was about 90 degrees outside) and there was about 10 people stuck there too. It was probably about 20 minutes, but time went by real slow. the worst part about it was it was a new edition to the garage, new elevators, jee you think new stuff would work!

Yeah I have.....only about 45 minutes but it seemed like 3 hours.

About 10 minutes. I was pretty scared because I thought it was going to just go on a free fall.
