What do you think makes a good citizen and why?

Understanding not just the letter but also the spirit of the law.

Courtesy and respect for others.

Without knowing the form of government this "good citizen" lives under, I can't really say what more is needed.

Someone who loves their country and speaks the language and pays taxes...also votes because it's their civic duty!!!
