Do you prefer a hot shower or a warm shower? And why

I get if the warmed up fairly well, then I get in and ease off the cold water until it is almost unbearable. If my DH is coming in with me I have to keep it warm, because he can't stand the heat (lol). I have always been this way, and vividly recall asking my Mom when I was little to add more hot water to my bath after I was in so it would be warmer. I wonder if that means anything? I never really thought anything about it.....

In the winter, a hot shower because I am cold and in the summer a warm shower so I don't get hot.

Warm or cool shower in the summer
Hot shower the rest of the time.

Hot shower can cause dry skin so try taking the first half of the shower cold or hot which ever you'd prefer then switch it up after the next round.

A hot shower on a cold day is just great. I love the feel of the steam around me and the warmth against my skin.

Hot shower all the way....it de-stresses me and it feels good. Feels even better when you put on the massage showerhead too

Warm. I have pretty sensitive skin and I can't get into really hot water. I would probably scald myself.
