My I-Pod synced automatically,now all my songs are on there, how do i move them to the play lists i made?

All of the songs in my iTunes were gone, so i had to re-add them. But unlike last time, i made up my own playlists and moved the music to the lists i wanted. But when i added songs this time, my i-pod synced automaticaly and i don't know how to get the songs off or to move them to the play lists.

I need some help. Thanks so much!!

Make the playlists on the computer, and re-sync the iPod

u need to unchech the sync box in ur ipods options in ur itunes
