ok so my friend meagan likes our friend (kenzie)'s boyfriend and i like him like so much also but then i found out that he liked meagan and i was like no never mind i don't like you anymore! and the other day he told me he still liked me and i am still confused about what to do!..and meagan is saying o he likes me and only me! and i want so bad to tell her he likes me to but i don't wanna be the type to rub it in her face! but what do i do about him he has a girlfriend that he doesn't even like...and i like him alot but don't know what to do nor who to trust!

Since you're friends with his current girlfriend, you shouldn't do anything about your feelings right now. If he likes you so much, he should break up with her, but that's a decision he has to make for himself.
If/when he becomes "available", I think it's okay to go out with him, even if Meagan likes him. You can't do anything about the fact that you like each other. Of course, you should also ask yourself if you really want to go out with a guy who tells a girl he likes her when he's with someone else. That seems a little suspicious.
