Most women I have talked with hate pantyhose. As a lawyer, it is essential to dress conservatively and wear hose. I suggest that you wear them on a warm day when you are likely to sweat in order to get the real experience. Make sure that you try to put them on when you are hot and sweaty. This may help you experience some of the grief that women go through.

I LOVE wearing pantyhose. It gives me support, makes me slimmer, evens my skin tone, and they make a great fashion statement.
However some women believe that pantyhose is restrictive and hot. I guess it stems from the older days when women were EXPECTED to wear pantyhose. Womens right movements was against pantyhose.

Uhmm.. I don't really prefer wearing them... they seem annoyiny- i mean if your gonna wear a skirt, wear a skirt and forget the "pantyhose." But I DO think they keep your warm, and your cant really see them...

i dont think of them as "comfortable" ... i mean i wouldnt wear them for fun, but if you want to try some on get a cheap pair for three bucks and have a great time!

I am trying to figure out what this question has to do with the discipline of "Woman's Studies"??? Anyway, to I'll just add that pantyhose are just AWFUL. They are made entirely of synthetic material: your skin simply can't breathe. You will take note of the 'cotton' crotch design in some of them; that's because if her skin can't breathe and there is no air circulation a woman is likely to develop infections, including but not limited to recurring yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. If you should happen to be unfortunate enough to live in a humid climate you just sweat like a pig in those horrible things. I HATE THEM with a passion. You asked and I provided you with the gory details. Don't blame me,

Yeah, wear a pair!! I think that's a great idea.

By the way I think they are reasonably uncomfortable, especially in summer. They are so hot and make you all sweaty. However, I still wear them, so it's my own fault. I could go without, but I want to look tanned as I'm whiter then a goast! LOL.

If you're going to test them out for yourself, you have to give them a trial run - at least 8 hours. That way you can enjoy yanking the crotch of the hose up from your knees every two hours.

Maybe really expensive panty hose are comfortable. But the everyday woman doesn't wear silk hose, perfectly designed. Everyday women are stuck with hose that are evil. Even knee-highs are evil.

Some days I wear tube socks with my pumps in protest. In the 60's they should have saved the bras and burnt the hose.

Well I guess there all right for a little while BUT don't ever wear them if planning on parting or getting pissed.

PS. They should come with a warning just for wearing
them to parties!

WARNING: Could cause friction, causing self inflammatory.

The guy who invented panty hose should be hung with a pair. Some athletes wear them to reduce wind resistance.
