I have partial rotator cuff tear and have pain shooting dowm my arm. I also have severe wrist and hand pain. Can this be related to the tear. There is no swelling but my arm is very painfull and feels tight.

yes it can cause much pain.. sometimes the hand can go numb from even a minor tear.. many tears will heal themselves.. sometimes if the tear is on the seam of a muscle. it may take surgery to repair.. see a doctor and get a steroid shot.. that helps ..and limit the range of motion of your arm as much as possible.. good luck
