My web search is not a substitute for Internet Explorer--Internet Explorer is a browser, while My Web Search is a search toolbar. You need both in order to use the internet. Also, Smiley Central and the other packaged files in the My Web Search download contain several tracking cookies that can be used to steal your information. I do not reccommend downloading it.
