Did the Prosecutor from the Chapel Hill N.C. incident really say this?

I heard when he was going after the Lacrosse players before he got in trouble for hiding evidence he made the comment,
"I'm gonna get those DUKE boys!"
If he did, does he watch too much Dukes of Hazzard?

He always has been looking for the lacrosse players, and Bo and Luke were just cover stories.
