yes, but you require a tv tuner card in your computer, you can purcahse a tv tuner at any computer company, also running media centre software makes it easier to watch tv, you can also get the media centre remote control for about $50 which makes it easier when navagating through media centre, rather then using a mouse, you can have your computer set up just like a tv and use a remote just like you would with a tv.
