You have a 100 Peso coin made out of aluminum-bronze. It's reference number is KM# 493. and there was 43,000,000 minted. That was the lowest mintage for this type coin, during the 1980's. It books for a $1 in grade very fine up to $10 in mint state. These are book prices, so expect to get less from a dealer.

Additional info for you:

7 dots = Braille for 100.

V.Carranza = Venustiano Carranza Garza(1859-1920), was one of the leaders of the Mexican Revolution and first president under the new Mexican Constitution of 1917.

Estados Unidos Mexicanos = United Mexican States.

Eagle & snake = Coat of arms of Mexico, adopted September 16th, 1968.

In 1993, Mexico issued "Nuevo" pesos(new pesos) in order to stem inflation, and the last two zeros were removed from the value. $100 old pesos was worth what a $1 peso coin is worth today, but you can no longer circulate your $100.
