Vitamin supplements and specifically Vitamin B are good for your brain. Also regular exercise, plenty of restful sleep, avoidance of too much caffeine, alcohol or smoking. Gingko Biloba is also a herb that improves memory. A well balanced diet with plenty of green vegetables is also beneficial.
