Vitamin supplements and specifically Vitamin B are good for your brain. Also regular exercise, plenty of restful sleep, avoidance of too much caffeine, alcohol or smoking. Gingko Biloba is also a herb that improves memory. A well balanced diet with plenty of green vegetables is also beneficial.

Reading, studying, crossword puzzles, sudoku, Brain Age for DS has sudoku in it as well. It's a brain training game if you have one of those.

Maybe while u r doing homework, u can listen to music. I do it and I finish early a lot. Trust me. Another way is to get a tutor. It might cost a lot, but helps a lot!!

Try eating fish, but not fried. Fish oils help your brain build nueron pathways, which i guess helps memory and thought. Omega Complex fish oils/fatty acids. I hope it helps. They sell them with vitamins.
