The second one is better. The first uses blue on blue, which some peole can't read (blue defficient). Personally I think both overuse colors to a distraction.
Beyond physical appearance, it would be helpful to organize by grade levels. It takes a lot of effort to find a worksheet for a specific purpose.
Perhaps some sort of heirarchy: Grade; subject or Subject; grade

I personally like the second one. You have a breakdown to certain categories.
