temporarily, they can add an inch or two to your erection. however, the growth is not permanent. as soon as you release the band holding the erection in place, the penis returns to its normal size.

I hear it works for a very short while. Really know point to it, you can hurt yourself, break some blood vessels. Not fun. Just know how to use your weee little warm and you wont need a pump :-)

Penis pumps make you larger temporarily. But it will soon turn back to its normal size.
