76 is fine for goldfish. I have 13 tanks with goldfish and I keep mine at 78-80. As a goldfish enthusiast I can tell you that they do much better at tropical temperatures.
Your problem will be that your tank is 10 gallons. Goldfish produce too much bioload for such a small tank. They won't live very long in a 10 gallon tank. Get your water tested for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates. These are toxins that build up in the water and can kill the fish. I wouldn't be surprised if your water had very high levels of these toxins.

Does sunlight shine on the tank as well? If so move it to another spot. Incandescent lights will raise the temp in a small tank but 76f is ok for Goldfish. If there is plenty of light in the room during the day the tank light doesn't need to be on so you don't need to run it as much(just remember no direct sunlight).

They also make compact flourescents that replace the incandescents. They throw little heat, but I don't like the light.

The light isn't a problem its just heating the tank slowly throughout the day and isn't a problem goldfish temp range is 52-82 degrees Fahrenheit. plus heat rises are normal for the fish if they were in the wild.

your goldfish is fine at 76. i use lights as mini heaters for my bettas. it does heat the water. unless you have plants that require that much light try running them a little less. a gradual change of temperature won't phase goldfish as much as some tropicals so don't worry about it or you can change to fluorescent which puts out less heat.

what number times do you exercising? the better you exercising the better effective you sleep and the better potential you get. you're growing 10 hours of sleep yet you ought to not be dozing properly throughout the time of those 10 hours what's your eating routine like? are you ingesting meals that are supplying you with potential in the course of the day? quickly nutrition can make you sense drained. now and again too a lot sleep makes me sense drained. and slumbering. i will't do slumbering anymore because it continuously makes me sense extraordinarily exhausted afterwards.
