Are Exxon/Mobil's profits good news for Islamic terrorist?

Do they indicate that the oil rich countries, who fund the terrorist, are doing better than ever?

No. "The higher you are, the harder you fall". Oil is probably the only thing going for those countries, so after some years when the U.S. finally reduces oil dependency, their economy will probably crash.

....although unfortunately, by then, China and India will have a large oil dependency on the middle east nations.
