The Disorderly Orderly, followed by Cinderfella and The Bellboy. They are all classics. He is the original Jim Carey. With all his funny trips and falls, and all his voices. He is hysterical.

The Ghost and Mr. Chicken - oh wait, that was Don Knots....
But if it has to be Jerry Lewis then the movie would have to be You're Never Too Young. Lots of high jinx and silliness.

If you mean solo, it would likely be either The Bellboy, Cinderfella, or Nutty Professor. But, I like him better in the days with Dean Martin, and therefore my favorite is Sailor Beware, followed closely by Jumping Jacks.
