I was just wondering; have you reinstalled your system lately? When did this happen? What OS are you using?
I hope I'm not being to inquisitive, but the only way to resolve it is to reinstall your video drivers. Just pop in your Video Card Driver and install it (that's if an auto-play pop-up window comes up).
If you haven't reinstalled windows, you can always do a Last Known Good Configuration or a Driver Roll Back on Windows XP (assuming that you're using Windows XP). To do a Driver RollBack, right-click my computer, select properties then click on Hardware. Under the Hardware Menu, Click on Device Manager.
Under the device manager, click the vga adapter, double click on the yellowed device, then select driver roll-back.
If the Driver Roll back doesn't work, reboot your system, then Press F8 just after the POST test is done, prior to running Windows.
A text-based menu will come out asking you which booting process will you choose. Select Last Known Good Configuration.
If it still won't work, do a driver reinstallation using the driver CD.
Ciao!
