Download iTunes from Apple.
In the options, set the ripping/extracting to MP3 format.
When you insert a CD, it will connect to the internet, pull the information from the web and with a single click you can rip it to MP3 which will also rename all the files and include the ID Tag information so you can see what is being played.

when you rip the cds make sure rip format is in mp3 and is you want to convert files on ur comp then u need to buy audio converter
