Depends on how close you are. My little sister loved the Calgon gift set I got her when she turned 13. The best fragrance is Hawaiian Ginger. Even you'll love that one. But be careful during the spring cause bugs love the scent too. A cloth kabootal gift set that comes with two small matching zip pouches.

It depends on what she's interested in! Does she play an instrument or sport? Is she into the performing arts (theater)? Get her something that reflects her interests. Hint: Almost all girls around this age love clothes. I suggest a cute tee or a sweater!

They have tons of fun girly things at places like Claire's, get her some nail things (polish and that type things), lotions (Bath and Body Works has some great smelling stuff) a journal, maybe a disposable camera and a small photo album.
