Yeah, in any number of polls and surveys, including Guiness Book, Bohemian Rhapsody is the world'd favorite song. The world's! Small wonder, it has 60 chords in it. All written by Mercury. He was sheer energy, and magic.

Tim, I agree about Clapton - love him, Beck - mesmerizing, - Santana - his music speaks for itself. But I mean overall. I was thinking about Santana in fact in a question posed about Clapton the other day. I love Steve Tyler and Mick Jagger is okay, saw the Stones in concert in 93 in DC. But, their music is simple compared to those you mention, and most of Mercury's compositions.

showmen- freddy mercury, mick jagger, and steven tyler are some of the tops. guitar players clapton, beck, and santana, but the most versital is still neil young the man is always changing, and always fresh, whether acoustic, plugged in with crazy horse or with csn&y
